Do you use one of FERNO's older model 26 series stretchers? The SLAM system shown on this page provides a single pin interface that will allow you to connect any stretcher model from the 26 series to the floor of the ambulance. This ensures that the stretcher will remain securely locked in place.
It allows you to secure any stretcher model from the 26 series. This system will allow you to securely lock any self-loading stretcher model from our 26 series to the floor of the ambulance.
It offers extra protection in the event of an accident. In addition to the single pin interface, the product also includes the SLAM and “hook” devices. These provide an additional assurance of the stretcher's stability by anchoring it to the floor and preventing it from tipping over in the event of an accident.
It's quick. All you have to do is press a button to release the stretcher and unload it from the ambulance.
